At Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland, we believe that everyone has the right to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or other characteristics. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all and we firmly believe that diversity and inclusion make us stronger as a company. True to our motto #NoJobHasAGender and #EmbraceEquity.

What are we doing for equality?

The Coca-Cola HBC Group's Mission 2025 sets the goal of having at least 50% women in manager positions by 2025. Last year, in 2022, the figure was 39.6%. Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland is an event sponsor at the Advance Flagship Event for International Women's Day 2023 under the motto "Stronger when Equal": International Women's Day 2023 - We advance. This event took place on 8th March and addressed various issues around gender equality at the workplace: what does it take to create gender balance in all dimensions? What can companies and leaders do? And what can we all do to accelerate this journey?

Evidence shows that gender-mixed teams perform better, are more innovative and are likely to generate more profit. With a concrete programme, Advance supports companies in turning diversity into a competitive advantage - because a gender-equal and inclusive workplace is a win-win for everyone: men, women, companies and society at large.
