The Tuscan iris or Iris florentina is a valuable flower that is exported across the globe. It is the ultimate symbol of the Tuscany region and is also known as the Florentine lily. Lurisia took inspiration from this flower and embarked on a journey to this breathtaking region. From the hills of Tuscan tradition, the renowned company captured the essence of the iris and added it to tonic water to create the perfect mixer, particularly when paired with gin.
