In all of his roles, Krennbauer was able to build successful teams as well as to increase sales and profitability. In 2004, Krennbauer moved to the Swiss company Lindt & Sprüngli, where he took on the role of Managing Director for Austria. In 2010, Thomas Krennbauer was involved in the creation of a start-up. In 2012, he joined the water brand Devin JSC in Bulgaria as their CEO. After successfully turning the company around and leading it through its sale to the Belgian Spadel Group in 2017, he kept his position as CEO and was appointed to the Group's management board.
Krennbauer is bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership experience to his new position as Country General Manager at Coca‑Cola HBC Switzerland, where he will be responsible for around 750 employees. He looks forward to his new role in the Swiss team: « I'm looking forward to the new challenge, though don’t underestimate the complexity of the current environment for customers, employees and consumers alike. We don’t know when the necessary restrictions on movement and trade will end, but we do know that they will end. Until then, we will work in close cooperation with our retail and wholesale partners and our numerous Swiss suppliers to tackle the challenges together. »
